The Hammam Aroussa process
1. The traditional welcome for the bride
Upon your arrival, you are welcomed into a space decorated according to traditional Moroccan wedding customs, to the rhythm of zaghareet (ululations), traditional songs, and the taârouda. A candlelit procession accompanies your entrance, and milk and dates are offered to you as a sign of welcome and prosperity.
2. A dedicated attendant
A personal attendant stays with the bride throughout the ritual. She ensures the bride's comfort, coordinates the celebratory moments, and makes sure every detail goes perfectly.
3. The henna ceremony
A symbol of blessing and well-wishes, henna is applied during a festive moment, in the presence of friends and female family members, amidst songs and zaghareet.
4. The steam bath
The bride enters the hammam, where the moist heat relaxes the body and prepares the skin for treatments.
5. Beldi black soap
The body is wrapped in traditional Moroccan black soap made from olives, then left to sit before the exfoliation.
6. Exfoliation with a kessa glove
A practitioner performs a thorough full-body scrub for soft, smooth, and luminous skin.
7. Natural beauty treatments

8. The final touch
